ORB Access is an information site for adults. Nothing on it is advice, and you are responsible for checking that online betting is lawful where you live. Some links lead to partner websites; how they work is explained below.
Using this site
By using ORB Access you accept these terms. You must be at least 18, and older if the legal age for betting where you live is higher. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What ORB Access is
ORB Access is a guide. It is not a bookmaker, a betting exchange or a broker. It takes no bets, holds no money and opens no accounts. Accounts are opened on the websites of brokers, and the agreement you make there is between you and the broker, under the broker's own terms. ORB Access is not a party to it.
Information, not advice
Guides, examples and calculators explain how things work. They are not financial, legal or betting advice, they predict nothing, and they do not promise a result. Most bettors lose over time.
Calculators and examples
The calculators work with the figures you enter, and the worked examples use the figures printed in them. A commission rate you type into a calculator is your assumption, not a rate we quote for any service. Results are arithmetic, not offers.
Where you live
Rules on online betting differ from country to country. Whether a broker, an exchange or a service is available and lawful where you live is for you to check before you sign up.
Links to partner websites
Some links on this site lead to the websites of brokers. They open through redirect pages on this site. We may receive a payment, known as an affiliate commission, when you open an account there. It does not change what you pay. Partners are listed in a fixed order, which is not a ranking, and a broker is offered on a page only where its coverage includes the market the page is about. A single button on a page leads to the first broker on that page's list.
Other websites
Broker websites, Orbit Exchange and the help organisations we mention are run by other people. Their terms, prices, products and availability are theirs. We are not responsible for them.
Names and logos
Names and logos of brokers, exchanges and bookmakers belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. ORB Access is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Orbit Exchange, Betfair or Flutter.
Our content
The text, design and original images of ORB Access belong to ORB Access. Logos and screenshots of other companies' sites belong to those companies. You may quote a short extract with a link back to the page it comes from. Please do not copy whole pages or publish them elsewhere.
Acceptable use
Do not use automated tools to overload the site, to probe it for weaknesses or to copy it in bulk. We may block anyone who does.
No warranty and limits of liability
We work to keep the site accurate, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site, its calculators or the websites it links to.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
