How to Pay In and Cash Out of Orbit Exchange Through a Broker

You pay a broker. Four brokers take the money, and one table sets them side by side.

You fund Orbit Exchange through a broker. The deposit methods are the ones your broker takes: you pay the broker, move the money into your Orbit tool and take it out through the broker again. All four brokers take crypto. Cards, e-wallets and bank transfer differ, and the table below puts them side by side. The opening deposit for the Orbit tool is €10, €50, €50 or €100, depending on the broker. In our own use, crypto payments at all four brokers generally went through within an hour; bank transfers took two days at AsianConnect and one day at the other three.

Where the money goes first

Nothing in Orbit Exchange's interface text names a payment method. When funds fall short, its message ends: "Please contact your agent." (The messages Orbit shows are on the limits page.)

A cashier per broker; Orbit's interface messages on funds name your agent.

Pay the wrong account and you lose an evening. The route has two stops, the broker and then your Orbit tool. The sign-up steps come first if the account is not open, and the routes into Orbit Exchange before them.

  1. Pay the broker

Use the broker's own cashier: the Deposit menu at AsianConnect, BetInAsia and Sportmarket, the Wallet at MadMarket.

  2. Move it to your Orbit tool

AsianConnect adds OrbitX from My Bookie Accounts and sends the login once the deposit has arrived. At BetInAsia and MadMarket you create Sharp Exchange from Products; at Sportmarket you request FairExchange from Betting Accounts. Moves between products are free at AsianConnect and MadMarket.

  3. Place your bets

The exchange matches them against other bettors' offers.

  4. Take it out in your own name

A withdrawal goes to the account holder's name, and at AsianConnect, BetInAsia and MadMarket back to the method you paid with, after the identity check (at all four brokers, an ID document and proof of address). What the identity check asks for is on its own page.

Two round hubs joined by a short bridge, four thin lines entering the first and one thin line leaving the second, money passing from the broker's side to the exchange tool and back out
The money passes through two stops: the broker, then your Orbit tool.

Methods and fees, broker by broker

A dash means this page carries no figure.

BetInAsia gives a withdrawal time for bank transfer and Rapid Transfer (36 to 48 banking hours) and for e-wallets (instant); it gives none for crypto, where the only figure on this page is our own use, below. Commission on a winning market is separate, worked out on the commission page. How the four brokers compare goes past payments; the coverage finder picks by the places an account opens.

How long payments take, in our own use

The answer at the top is the whole of our own note. It says payments, and it does not split deposits from withdrawals.

Crypto adds a count of its own, confirmations. AsianConnect credits Bitcoin after 3, USDT on TRC20 after 1, USDT on ERC20 after 10 and USDC after 12, and Sportmarket asks for 3. Coins and networks get their own page: the crypto rail in detail.

Turnover: what decides whether an early withdrawal is charged

Say a bettor puts €130 in on a Friday evening to size a stake on Saturday. What decides whether that works is how much of the €130 must be staked before it can leave. On €130:

AsianConnect: 1 time, at odds above 1.5
€130 to stake
BetInAsia: 1 time, at odds of 1.50 or more
€130 to stake
MadMarket: 3 times, at odds of 1.50 or more
€390 to stake
Sportmarket: 5 times
€650 to stake

Withdraw before the turnover is done and the broker's own rules set the price. AsianConnect charges up to 5%. MadMarket charges 5% with a minimum of €5 and sets a floor: "All deposits must be turned over at least once before initiating a withdrawal." Sportmarket charges 2% to 5%, with a minimum of €5. BetInAsia can delay or refuse the request, or accept it on conditions; any fee is announced beforehand, and the contract gives no percentage.

I would read the turnover before the fee table: it decides how much staking stands between a deposit and a withdrawal with no turnover fee. The broker comparison has the overview, the broker model shows where the wallet sits, and the caps on moving money cover what BetInAsia, MadMarket and AsianConnect let out in a day. Before the first deposit, a read of the exchange's own text says what to check.

Starting without a deposit?

A real account on the Orbit route comes after a deposit. AsianConnect sends the OrbitX username and password once it has received the deposit. BetInAsia's Black and Sharp cards carry a Test account button next to Create account. MadMarket's empty accounts panel reads "Make your first deposit to create your first account!" Sportmarket's FairExchange window asks for a verified account and a deposit. Lowest opening deposit: €10, at AsianConnect. Highest: €100, at Sportmarket for FairExchange.

The cheapest account is not always the cheapest tool

At Sportmarket the account starts at €10 and FairExchange asks €100. Compare the figure for the tool you want.

Which way to pay, for whom

I would pick the rail you can use tonight before I pick the cheapest fee.

Crypto

Best for: the speed of our own use and, at AsianConnect, free Bitcoin and USDT withdrawals.

Not ideal if: you withdraw often at MadMarket, where crypto withdrawals cost 2%, or more than once in 30 days at BetInAsia, where a second one costs 2% more.

E-wallets

Best for: Skrill and Neteller at AsianConnect, one free withdrawal a month, then 1%.

Not ideal if: you withdraw several times a month at Sportmarket, where e-wallet withdrawals after the first withdrawal of the month cost 2% (minimum €5), or at BetInAsia, where the first costs 2.5%.

Card

Best for: a first deposit when a card is all you hold, at BetInAsia, MadMarket or Sportmarket.

Not ideal if: you want the cheapest first deposit: BetInAsia charges 5% and MadMarket 3%. Cards do not pay out at BetInAsia, and MadMarket pays a card deposit back by e-wallet.

Bank transfer

Best for: larger sums, where a percentage fee bites: Sportmarket's bank transfers cost nothing in or out, and SEPA Instant goes up to €5,000.

Not ideal if: you need the money the same day at AsianConnect, where bank transfers took two days in our own use.

A fee is the smaller loss

Deposit what you can afford to lose, and set your limit before the first deposit. Responsible gambling is the page for it.

Short answers

Can I deposit on Orbit Exchange itself?

You fund it through your broker. Orbit's own interface text names no payment method, and its message on funds sends you to your agent. The guide to the exchange itself covers the exchange.

Which payment methods does each broker take?

All four take crypto. The table has the cards, e-wallets and bank transfer.

What is the minimum deposit to use the Orbit route?

€10 at AsianConnect, €50 at BetInAsia and MadMarket, €100 at Sportmarket, where it switches on FairExchange.

Do deposits and withdrawals cost anything?

Crypto deposits carry no fee on the brokers' side at any of the four. Cards cost 5% at BetInAsia and 3% at MadMarket; BetInAsia also charges 1.25% on bank transfer, Rapid Transfer, e-wallets and AstroPay. Withdrawal fees are in the table.

How long does a withdrawal take?

The times the brokers give are in the table. In our own use, crypto payments at all four brokers generally went through within an hour; that note covers payments and does not split deposits from withdrawals.

Can I withdraw to a different method than I paid with?

Not as a rule. All four pay out in the account holder's name, and AsianConnect, BetInAsia and MadMarket send the money back by the method you paid in with (cards do not pay out at BetInAsia); MadMarket pays a card deposit back by e-wallet, and Sportmarket lists its own payout methods in the table.

Can I open an Orbit account without depositing?

A real account on the Orbit route comes after a deposit; the section on starting without one gives the order per broker.
